The month-long event is held on the occasion of the 55-year implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament (1969-2024) and the 55th death anniversary of the great President (September 2, 1969-September 2, 2024).

The exhibition displays more than 200 documents, images, and charts, which are arranged into three parts, ‘Biography and Career of President Ho Chi Minh’, ‘President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament - A National Treasure’, and ‘55-year Implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament’

The exhibits provide visitors with a deeper understanding of the life and revolutionary career of President Ho, the major content, as well as the profound theoretical and practical values of his testament.

The works on display also introduce achievements and valuable lessons gained by the Vietnamese Party, army and people in realising President Ho’s testament over the past 55 years.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong affirmed that although President Ho Chi Minh left the world 55 years ago, his great legacy of ideology still sheds light on the country’s revolutionary cause.

One of those legacies can be seen through his testament - a heartfelt message, a humble voice of a communist, and a document of which value remains everlasting despite time’s best attempts, he stated.
