Nguyen Chi Thien, CEO of Coteccons, shared that the programme is an opportunity to show appreciation for workers and understand their aspirations, especially for their children’s future and stable employment.

During the event, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Coteccons presented 600 Tet gifts to Ecopark workers and 1,000 gifts to workers in Hung Yen. Additionally, 18,500 gifts are being distributed across Coteccons construction sites nationwide.

FPT Long Châu Pharmacy also contributed 1,000 Tet gifts for the Hung Yen Labour Federation to distribute to local workers.

Many cultural activities are planned for the programme, including a concert and gift donations for workers’ children.

The “Building Tet 2025” programme, which runs from December 16, 2024, to late January 2025, will distribute over 18,500 Tet gifts to workers across Vietnam.

Phan Van Tuyen, a worker at Ecopark, expressed joy, calling it his second time participating in the programme. He said the event made them feel like they were celebrating Tet with their families.

Nhan Dan Newspaper’s Editor-in-Chief, Le Quoc Minh, stated that this is the second year of the collaboration, providing Tet gifts and free services like health checks and haircuts for workers.

The programme has gained widespread support from various organisations and businesses, further promoting social welfare and happiness as the Tet holiday approaches.
