The exhibition is organised under the Cooperation Agreement on Research and Cultural Exchange between the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Guangdong Museum of Revolutionary History for the 2024–2028 period.
On display are more than 370 documents, photographs and artefacts, giving visitors a deeper understanding of President Ho Chi Minh’s activities in China.
In her opening remarks, Dr Pham Thi Thanh Mai, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, noted that during his quest for national salvation, President Ho Chi Minh spent a significant period engaged in revolutionary work in China.
His activities laid the foundation for the tradition of solidarity, friendship and close cooperation between the peoples of Viet Nam and China.
Across China, numerous places bear the footprints of President Ho Chi Minh. Wherever he travelled, he was met with profound affection and warmth from the Chinese people.
The exhibition underscores the message that the friendship and comradeship forged in the revolutionary struggle and nation-building between Viet Nam and China—nurtured by President Ho Chi Minh, Chairman Mao Zedong and successive generations of leaders—remains a treasured asset that both Parties, States and peoples must continue to uphold.
The event runs until January 15, 2026, at the Ho Chi Minh Museum, 7 Le Loi Street, Hue City.
