The five-day event takes place from June 21 to 25 at Binh Phu Park, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City, with more than 200 units, including more than 20 units from provinces and cities across the country.
The event introduces and honours achievements in plant varieties, livestock, aquaculture, hi-tech agriculture, biological industry, OCOP products, key products and potentials of the agricultural industry in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces and cities.

The Ho Chi Minh City Fair and Exhibition of Seeds and Hi-Tech Agriculture 2023 also promotes connection, cooperation and linkage of Ho Chi Minh City's agricultural industry with the agricultural industry of provinces and cities; affirming the role of Ho Chi Minh City as an effective bridge and an important trade promotion channel in the agricultural sector of regions throughout the country.
Within the framework of the Fair Exhibition, there are also events: an aquarium contest; a seminar on the protection and development of aquatic resources in the Saigon River basin; nightly cultural programme.
