By combining Microsoft’s AI platforms with FPT’s large-scale deployment capabilities, the two companies will help businesses accelerate AI adoption and improve operational efficiency.

The partnership aligns with FPT’s “AI-first” strategy and Microsoft’s vision of collaboration between humans and AI agents, enabling enterprises to transform the way they work across management, operations, and business activities.

Under the expanded cooperation, FPT will work closely with Microsoft as an AI Frontier Company, integrating Agentic AI into core business workflows.

At the same time, FPT will receive priority access to Microsoft’s next-generation AI technologies, supporting innovation driven by generative AI and Agentic AI.

Specifically, the two sides will jointly develop roadmaps, test emerging AI capabilities, create reference architectures, and build flagship AI models that can be deployed at enterprise scale, thereby shortening the path from experimentation to practical AI implementation.

The partners have also agreed to support Viet Nam’s ambition to become an AI Frontier Government. To this end, they will jointly develop AI thought leadership, strengthen capabilities, establish policy-aligned solution frameworks, and foster the growth of the AI ecosystem.

The combination of Microsoft’s global AI platforms with FPT’s local implementation capabilities, extensive experience working with the public sector, and deep understanding of Viet Nam’s development context should accelerate the safe, effective, and nationally aligned adoption of AI technologies.

FPT and Microsoft first established their partnership in 1996 and have since collaborated on numerous large-scale technology initiatives, ranging from e-government, taxation, customs, and hospital management systems to enterprise modernisation programmes.

After nearly three decades, the partnership has continued to expand in both scale and depth. FPT has developed comprehensive expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, enabling the company to deliver large-scale AI transformation projects for businesses worldwide.
