This is among the wide range of activities that will be featured at the festival, which includes a section dedicated to international cuisine, with typical dishes from many countries in the world.
During the three-day festival, there will be spaces to introduce various local dishes of the capital city as well as performances by artisans on the processes to create traditional foods.
As part of the festival, the organisers will stage a photo exhibition and a book exhibition on culture, tourism and cuisine of Vietnam and the world.
On the final day of the festival, there will a seminar on preserving and promoting the value of pho, as well as an event on “digital pho”, providing a new perspective on digital transformation in the food industry.
Notably, visitors will have the opportunity to experience traditional Hanoi pho served by robots, which will replace humans in some processes of the pho production and service.
