In front of the statue of V.I. Lenin, the leaders of Hanoi City expressed their respect and tribute to the great contributions of V.I. Lenin, an outstanding political theorist, a brilliant leader of the working class and working people around the world, a defender and developer of Marxism in the conditions of capitalism moving into the imperialist, the founder of the Soviet State - the first state of workers and peasants in the world and led the Soviet people to build real socialism.
They vowed to be absolutely loyal to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, to unite as one, to steadfastly implement the ideals and path of the proletarian revolution, and to build a rich, civilised and modern capital.
On the same day, the leaders of Ba Dinh District, the youth of the capital, agencies, organisations and units of Hanoi City also offered flowers at the statue of V.I. Lenin.
