Hanoi urgently addresses aftermath of typhoon Mirinae

Hanoi was badly affected by typhoon Mirinae, (the first typhoon of the year) which hit Vietnam on the night of July 27 and morning of July 28. Early this morning, municipal leaders and functional agencies arrived at affected sites to directly instruct the public security and Army forces, and environmental workers to urgently address the aftermath of the storm.
