Hanoi airport jumped nine spots to 19th place from 28th in 2015 on the list based on the website’s passenger surveys. It also came 32nd among the worlds’ 70 best airports for sleeping.
The annual survey asked travellers to rate their airport experience based on factors such as services and facilities, terminal cleanliness, customer service and comfort.
In 2014 the website listed Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City among the worst in Asia.
Due to its low ranking, Noi Bai’s management board made efforts to improve service quality at the airport.
