The 320-bed hospital was built on an area of 2.5 hectares in Binh Tan district and is run by ParkwayHealth, one of Asia’s largest healthcare providers. The hospital claims to deliver quality medical services in line with international criteria.

Construction for the CIH, which is the first general hospital in the International Hi-Tech Healthcare Park (IHHP), started in 2010 and completed late 2012 and was funded mainly by the Hoa Lam-Shangri-La Healthcare Limited Liability Company (Hoa Lam-Shangri-La).

Two more hospitals specialising in the treatment of cancer and cardiac diseases are scheduled to be built within the IHHP this year and will add a total 700 beds to the park.

The IHHP, developed by Hoa Lam-Shangri-La, aims to be a premier international healthcare provider with a fully integrated healthcare environment for patients and medical professionals.
