Honouring outstanding literary, artistic and press works on armed force and revolutionary war

The General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army has honoured the literary, artistic and press works on armed force and revolutionary war which were written in the 2020-2025 period .

Over the past five years, there have been 3,463 works competing in the categories of theatre, music, dance, photography, journalism.

According to the organising committee's assessment, the works published in the past period have demonstrated the authors' feelings, enthusiasm, responsibility, and talent with the theme of armed force and revolutionary war.

At the award ceremony, the organising committee awarded 208 works, including 30 A prizes, 43 B prizes, 59 C prizes,and 76 consolation prizes to authors and groups of authors with excellent works on the theme of armed force and revolutionary war which were written in the period 2020-2025.

Nhan Dan Newspaper was honoured to receive one A prize in the category of electronic newspaper, one C prize in the category of literature, and one consolation prize in the category of print newspaper.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Truong Thien To, Deputy Head of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, said that through the six times the awards have been organised, each award ceremony has become a meaningful festival for artists inside and outside the army.

On behalf of the steering committee, Lieutenant General Truong Thien To launched the award for literary, artistic and press works on armed force and revolutionary war in the 2026-2030 period.
