In recent days, many streets and headquarters of agencies and offices in Ho Chi Minh City have been brightly decorated with national flags, banners, panels and posters welcoming the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.

Ho Chi Minh City is decorated with national flags, banners, panels and posters welcoming the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.

The atmosphere of preparation for election day is being carried out urgently and seriously at polling areas throughout the city.

Reporters noted that at many headquarters of agencies, offices, residential areas and major streets, the red flag with a yellow star is displayed solemnly.

From the central districts to suburban wards and communes, decoration and visual communication activities are being widely implemented, contributing to spreading the spirit of the national election day.

Communication banners, slogans, information boards and panels are arranged in a synchronous manner, creating a fresh and outstanding appearance in many areas.

Bicycles decorated in bright and creative ways with communication slogans are also seen on the streets, helping to spread messages about election day across roads and residential areas, creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere and attracting the attention of many people.

On major streets such as Nguyen Hue, Dien Bien Phu and Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, large panels and posters have been installed, introducing information about voters’ rights and duties as well as key contents related to the upcoming election.

Party flags and national flags along main roads create a vibrant and festive atmosphere for the national event.

In many places, mobile communication vehicles equipped with loudspeakers and information boards are also operating, delivering important information about the election.

A bright red colour spreads across the city — the colour of the Party flag and the national flag, symbolising excitement as March 15 approaches, the day when all citizens will go to the polls and exercise their right to master the country.

The election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term will take place on March 15. This is an important political event in which voters nationwide directly exercise their civic rights and duties, choosing outstanding representatives to voice for the people in the new term.
