The photos were taken by AFP photojournalists at the recent Olympics and events, in preparation for the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris, France. The exhibition is part of activities held within the framework of the Photo Hanoi'23 International Photography Biennale project.
The event featured the participation of French Ambassador to Vietnam Nicolas Warnery; Editor-in-chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper and Chairman of Vietnam Journalists’ Association Le Quoc Minh; along with leaders of the Hanoi municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and AFP.
The exhibition introduces 24 photos displayed on the wall of the French Embassy at 57 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hanoi.
