Party General Secretary To Lam hosted a working session with the Standing Board of the Ha Noi Municipal Party Committee to discuss proposals for developing the Capital Master Plan with a 100-year vision, linked to institutional reform to meet development requirements; the projected socio-economic development model; and the implementation of a double-digit growth target.
