Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the inauguration ceremony for several large-scale and significant projects in Can Hamlet, Bat Mot Commune, Thanh Hoa Province.

The projects aim to celebrate the 20th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Organisation for the 2025–2030 tenure.

The programme was held simultaneously at four locations in both in-person and online formats, with the main venue being the groundbreaking ceremony for Bat Mot Boarding School for Primary and Lower Secondary Students.
