Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended a ceremony held in Hanoi on March 23 to honour the outstanding young faces of Vietnam in 2024. The event was organised under the direction of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee, in coordination with the Vietnam Young Talent Support Fund, Tien Phong (Pioneer) Newspaper, and Vietnam Television.
