On May 19, in Ha Noi, on the occasion of the 135th birth anniversary of the great President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2025), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tu Lien Bridge construction project and the roads at both ends of the bridge (from the intersection with Nghi Tam Road to the intersection with Truong Sa Road).

Organised by the Ha Noi People’s Committee, the ceremony was also attended by Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member and Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee; and leaders of central ministries and agencies.
