On November 4, the Politburo decided to assign and appoint Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission, as Secretary of Ha Noi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure. Ngoc also ceases holding the post of Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee’s Secretariat to join the Ha Noi Party Committee and its Standing Board.
