Within the framework of the festival, the participating groups presented a series of unique cultural activities, showcasing the richness and diversity of the gong culture of the ethnic groups.

Local artisans performed folk art, introduced traditional costumes, recreated excerpts from festivals and ethnic cultural rituals; participated in a traditional food preparation competition; displayed and promoted characteristic cultural products… creating a space for cultural exchange rich in identity.

At the closing ceremony of the festival, the Organising Committee awarded three First Prizes to the teams of artisans from Nam Nung, Bac Binh, and Lang Biang-Da Lat; and three Second Prizes and four Third Prizes to clubs with outstanding, distinctive, and culturally rich performances and programmes.

Head of the Judging Panel, Deputy Director of the Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Le Thi Truc Linh, assessed that the event contributed to raising awareness of preserving, maintaining, and promoting the traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities; creating opportunities for artisans to interact, exchange experiences, and strengthen community bonds. It was also an opportunity to promote the image of Lam Dong’s nature, people, and tourism to domestic and international tourists.

She also noted that this festival demonstrated the province’s commitment to prioritising the preservation of cultural values of ethnic communities in the process of socio-economic development, especially in the context of Lam Dong having recently merged from three former provinces (Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, and Dak Nong), becoming the province with the largest natural area in the country, with 49 ethnic groups creating a vast and diverse cultural space.
