Nearly 200 international enterprises gather at largest mining and construction exhibition

The Mining and Construction Viet Nam 2026 International Exhibition officially opened at the Viet Nam Exhibition Centre (VEC) in Dong Anh Commune, Ha Noi, on April 21, attracting strong interest from businesses and experts in the mining and construction sectors.

Running until April 23, the event is regarded as a key highlight, helping to promote technology connectivity and business cooperation as the mining and construction industries shift towards modern and sustainable development.

According to the organisers, the exhibition spans more than 15,000 square metres and brings together nearly 200 enterprises from 17 countries and territories. A notable feature is the presence of six international pavilions from countries such as the Czech Republic, Malaysia, India, China and the Netherlands, showcasing distinctive technologies and national strengths. This scale clearly reflects the trend of deeper integration and Viet Nam’s growing role in the global supply chain for mining and construction.

The event is supported by prestigious organisations including the Viet Nam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group, the Viet Nam Mining Science and Technology Association, Ha Noi University of Mining and Geology, the Viet Nam Blasting Engineering Association, and the Viet Nam Urban and Industrial Environment Institute, thereby enhancing professional exchange and strengthening connections between businesses and the scientific community.

This year’s exhibition presents a diverse ecosystem of technologies and solutions, focusing on modern mining equipment, advanced mineral processing technologies, sustainable and energy-efficient infrastructure solutions, as well as applications of automation and digital transformation in management and operations. These are considered key factors in helping enterprises improve production efficiency and meet sustainable development requirements.

Within the framework of the exhibition, a series of thematic seminars and business networking activities take place throughout the three days, covering topics such as international cooperation towards sustainable mining, digital transformation in the mining sector, environmental management throughout the mining lifecycle, and green development in construction. B2B networking programmes are held in parallel to enable businesses to find partners and expand markets.
