Accordingly, the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development, in coordination with the Lai Chau Provincial Department of Industry and Trade, the Hoan Kiem Ward People’s Committee (Ha Noi), TikTok Shop, and the Viet Nam National Payment Corporation (NAPAS), will organise the 6th “The Vitality of Vietnamese Goods” exhibition and livestream event using a multi-channel model, combining direct sales with promotion and livestreaming on digital platforms.
The event aims to support businesses in Lai Chau Province in expanding their markets, enhancing brand recognition, and bringing high-quality Vietnamese specialty products closer to domestic consumers.
The programme is scheduled to open on the morning of May 14 with the theme “Lai Chau - Authentic Flavours in Ha Noi”. The programme is expected to showcase many typical specialties associated with the natural conditions and local culture of the province. Lai Chau specialties include: dried buffalo meat, smoked pork, sausages, Seng Cu rice, Than Uyen Shan Tuyet tea, and more.
The products participating in the programme not only showcase the distinctive flavours of the Northwest mountainous provinces but also demonstrate the efforts of local businesses and cooperatives in improving quality, standardising products, ensuring traceability, and adapting to modern consumer trends.
This is also an important direction to help highland specialties expand and increase their competitiveness in the domestic market.
In the context of the domestic market playing an increasingly important role in economic growth, bringing local specialties to consumer spaces in the heart of Trang Tien Street (Ha Noi) not only contributes to promoting the consumption of Vietnamese goods, but also affirms regional cultural values, creating consumer confidence in high-quality Vietnamese products, thereby contributing to realising the goals of Resolution No. 88/NQ-CP on developing the domestic market and stimulating consumer demand.
