This is an activity in a series of events connecting trade between the businesses of six of Vietnam's North Central provinces and the import-export enterprises of Laos and Thailand; along with the investment, trade and tourism promotion programmes named "Link to Grow", between Hanoi and Quang Binh and central provinces.
The fair features 300 booths, including 200 booths of rural industrial establishments, supported by the national industrial promotion fund 2023, businesses, industrial promotion service organisations, and trade promotion organisations in the region and Quang Binh province.

Products displayed include typical local industrial products; goods of manufacturers and businesses in many fields and industries: agriculture, forestry, fishery, craft village products, food, and processed food, with rich designs and types, and beautiful forms.
The representative of the organising committee said, that the fair is an opportunity for rural industrial establishments, businesses in the North Central region, and businesses from Laos and Thailand to meet, display and introduce their goods, enhance investment cooperation, and product consumption.
At the same time, this event contributes to introducing the potentials and strengths of Quang Binh province in particular, and provinces in the North Central region in general.
The fair takes place until July 13, with many exciting cultural and entertainment activities at night.
