The event was organised by the Ha Noi Taekwondo Federation, attracting the participation of more than 1,000 athletes from nearly 60 units in Ha Noi and provinces and cities in the northern region.
Nguyen Manh Hung, Chairman of the Ha Noi Taekwondo Federation, emphasised that the festival was organised to promote sportsmanship, improve physical fitness and comprehensive development for the young generation through martial arts.
Currently, the Ha Noi Taekwondo Federation is managing more than 98 training points belonging to 68 member units, with about 12,000 martial artists practicing regularly.
This sport has continued to be one of the most attractive sports activities in the capital city, playing an important role in developing the mass sports movement and finding talents for high-performance sports.
