The MOJ has determined the collection of public opinions on amendments to the Constitution as a highly important political task and taken early steps to collect and synthesise the opinions of the people, sectors and agencies on the draft amendments.
As planned, agencies, ministries, sectors and localities must submit their reports on opinions on the 2013 Constitution to the MOJ no later than May 30.
In addition to opinions from ministries, agencies and localities, the number of people expressing their opinions directly through the VNeID app is growing.
The Ministry of Public Security and local authorities are actively communicating and instructing people on how to express their opinions on the Constitution via the VNeID app.
The MOJ is showing greatest determination to work with ministries, agencies, and localities to ensure the report on the collection of opinions on amendments to the Constitution is completed on schedule and is of high quality.
