The VCI aims to train international coaches and offer life, career and professional coaching services to individuals, organizations and businesses.

The experts and trainers at the institute are international CEOs, business managers and international coaches with at least 20 years of experience and certified by the ICF.

According to VCI CEO Tran Tien Cong and international coaching expert Brian Radomsiki, coaching is a tool to inspire individuals to discover their potential and bring it into full play for their careers.

It also enables learners to identify their life vision and mission, to create a driving force that will help them orientate and adapt their living and working styles in the future.

On the occasion, the VCI granted ICF certificates to 14 practitioners on its first training course.
