The annual FIFA Mons, co-organised by the Wallonie–Bruxelles delegation to Vietnam, will take place in the two major cities for the first time. The event aims to introduce Vietnamese audiences to the colours in terms of culture, society, the land and people of Belgium in general and the Wallonie–Bruxelles region in particular.
The films participating in this festival have rich and diverse themes revolving around the theme of love. These are works by big names in cinema, such as the Dardenne brothers and Bouli Lanners or new faces, including Emmanuelle Nicot with her excellent debut work “Dalva”.
The audience will enjoy the films “Cocktail”, “The Line of Life”, “Tori and Lokita”, “Sweet Lie”, and the animation “Yuku and the Flower of the Himalayas”.
The films will be screened at the Central Science and Documentary Film Studio in Hanoi from November 26 to December 1 and at DCine Ben Thanh in Ho Chi Minh City from November 29 to December 4.
Within the framework of the film festival, the audiences will have the chance to meet and talk with André Ceuterick, former Chairman of the FIFA Mons and Chairman of the Ciné-Loisirs Association.
Since 2016, FIFA Mons, organised by the Wallonie–Bruxelles delegation to Vietnam, has become an annual cultural event that has attracted cinema lovers.
