Emphasising that India is one of Vietnam's important partners, Minh highly appreciated the Indian Embassy in Vietnam’s support to promote the relationship between the two countries.

He went on to say that as a key press agency of the Vietnamese Party and State, Nhan Dan Newspaper has been active in applied technologies and taken advantages of digital platforms such as Spotify and Tik Tok to reach more readers, especially young people, and popularise the Party’s guideline and State’s policies to the public.

For his part, Ambassador Pranay Verma shared Indian’s solutions to control the pandemic, including stepping up its COVID-19 vaccination programme and boosting home-grown vaccines while preventing disruption in the supply chain.

He expressed his wish that the bilateral trade relations will continue to thrive in the coming time.

As Vietnam and India will celebrate both the 5th anniversary of their bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership and 50th anniversary of their bilateral diplomatic relationship in 2022, Editor-in-chief Le Quoc Minh and Ambassador Pranay Verma agreed to work together to promote mutual understanding between people of the two countries, thus contributing to fostering Vietnam - India relations.
