Politburo member Nguyen Xuan Thang, Chairman of the Central Theory Council and President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, hosted a reception in Ha Noi on October 29 for a delegation from Germany’s Social Democratic Party (SPD) led by Achim Post, Deputy Chairman of the SPD and Co-Chairman of the SPD State Association of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Politburo member, Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee and Chairman of its Commission for Internal Affairs Phan Dinh Trac on September 4 received a delegation from the United Left Movement Party (MIU) of the Dominican Republic, led by its General Secretary and Minister of Regional Integration Policies José Miguel Mejía Abreu.
