Rather than appearing only on the traditional costumes of the Thai people, through the hands of Lo Thi Thieng, from Nong Bon Village, Muong Khieng Commune, Son La Province, brocade fabrics are being made into sofa and seat cushion covers that are popular with domestic and international customers, opening up a new livelihood and contributing to the preservation of the traditional craft.
