A Vietnamese film delegation led by Dr Ngo Phuong Lan, Chairwoman of the Viet Nam Film Development Association (VFDA), has departed for Paris to organise and attend the Vietnamese Film Week themed “Journey of Light” — the largest and most high-profile Vietnamese cinema event ever held in France, which is set to take place from December 5 to 12.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has assigned the Viet Nam Film Institute, in collaboration with the Viet Nam Film Development Association, to screen six films within the framework of Viet Nam Film Week in Paris, France, scheduled to take place from December 5–12, 2025.

The Vietnamese film “Dao, Pho and Piano” (Peach Blossom, Pho and Piano) by Director Phi Tien Son makes a strong impression on international audiences at the 3rd ASEAN Film Festival, taking place in Hong Kong (China) from August 7 to 31.
