The construction of Pac Bo Kindergarten is a gift from the General Secretary and President To Lam to the children in Truong Ha Commune. The 15 billion VND project started construction on June 10 and was completed on National Day, September 2.
Covering 1,800 sq.m, the kindergarten includes three two-storey blocs, which houses six classrooms and functional rooms.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Principal of Pac Bo Kindergarten Hoang Thu Trang expressed her sincere thanks to Party General Secretary and President To Lam for the valuable gift, pledging that the kindergarten’s management board and teachers will exert every effort to care for the schoolchildren.

For his part, Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Tran Hong Minh stressed that the project showed Party General Secretary and President To Lam’s special care for the younger generation.
He called on the provincial education sector to promote innovation and enhance the quality of teaching and learning while educating local students on the country’s history and tradition.
The same day, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan visited and presented 28 gifts to flood victims in Lung Pheo Hamlet, Ma Ba Commune, Ha Quang District.
She also paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his temple at Pac Bo National Special Relic Site in Truong Ha Commune, Ha Quang District.
