During the meeting, Xuan stated that the Party and State always pay attention to women cadre affairs and gender equality.
While congratulating the MPI’s female staff for their achievements, the Vice President expressed her hope that they will continue to successfully fulfil their assigned tasks and provide useful advice to socio-economic development.
She also praised them for their dedication to family duties and active engagement in community activities.
Xuan took the occasion to ask women employees at the MPI to enhance their knowledge and make policy suggestions to cover various groups, especially disadvantaged and vulnerable ones, in an inclusive manner.
For her part, MPI Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc stated that all women cadres at the MPI have always exhibited their capacity, innovation, and vision in policy formulation as well as in social activities.
She added that the ministry’s female employees will continue to train themselves and strive to successfully fulfil their tasks assigned.
