The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam is a major political event of both the Party and the State. It is expected to establish major orientations and a long-term vision for safeguarding the Fatherland in the new situation, as well as to accurately and comprehensively identify traditional and non-traditional security challenges. This will serve as an important basis for the public security forces to formulate practical strategies and action plans, enabling them to act proactively at an early stage and from afar. Accordingly, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police have instructed police units and localities to organise live broadcasts of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Congress for officers and personnel to follow at their respective units, regarding this as a political activity of profound significance across the entire force.
