At a reception, Rander Pena, Vice President for Foreign Affairs of the PSUV, conveyed warm greetings from PSUV President and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, and from PSUV First Secretary Diosdado Cabello, to General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam To Lam and President Luong Cuong. He affirmed that the visit would contribute significantly to reinforcing the political partnership and ideological alignment between the two Parties and nations.

Eduardo Pinera, PSUV Vice President and Head of the Commission for Ideology and Training, praised Viet Nam’s development achievements under the leadership of the Communist Party, calling it a model for other socialist nations like Venezuela. He proposed enhancing cooperation in theoretical research and practical exchanges under the 2023–2028 cooperation agreement between the two Parties, focusing on party building and political-ideological education.

Dinh Thi Mai thanked Venezuelan leaders for their continued solidarity and expressed confidence in the visit’s contribution to deepening ties between the two Parties, particularly between their respective commissions on ideology and propaganda.
