The event marked the 96th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (February 3, 1930 – 2026) and the successful organisation of the 14th National Party Congress.

The delegation was led by Ambassador Dang Minh Khoi, and included embassy staff, representatives of Vietnamese organisations and associations in Russia, as well as Vietnamese students in the country.

They expressed profound gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the founder and architect of the Communist Party of Viet Nam - and reflected on the Party’s glorious 96-year journey.

Khoi said the event was an opportunity for every official, Party member and overseas Vietnamese to reaffirm unity to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, contributing to a stronger and more prosperous Viet Nam.
