* Indonesia's parliament plans to amend the constitution to allow elections to be delayed in the event of an emergency, a deputy speaker said on Wednesday, but any change would only be discussed after the scheduled 2024 vote.

* The European Union (EU) will make at least 400 million euros (440 million USD) available to Slovenia after devastating floods there killed six people and affected tens of thousands of households, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Wednesday.
