The Israeli military struck another multi-story building in Gaza City on Wednesday, as Israeli officials vowed to continue targeting Hamas leaders even if Tuesday's airstrike in Qatar failed to kill them.

* UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemned the Israeli attacks in Qatar as a "flagrant violation" of Qatar's sovereignty.

* U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that the decision to attack Hamas in the Qatari capital was made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, not by the White House.

* Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani said in Doha on Tuesday that Qatar will adopt a "comprehensive" approach to respond to the Israeli strike on Doha earlier in the day and deter future attacks.

* Qatar condemned the Israeli strike on Doha as a violation of its sovereignty and international law, and said it is working with the United States to prevent a recurrence.

* Many countries and organizations all over the world have condemned Israel's strike in the Qatari capital of Doha, saying it violated the country's sovereignty and risked further escalation of violence in the region.

* The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces announced Wednesday morning that the air defense operation conducted overnight to protect Polish airspace had concluded.

* Around 350 police officers have been suspended from duty over the past year for involvement in unlawful activities, a senior Sri Lankan minister said on Wednesday.
