The presentation ceremony was held jointly by Viettel Tra Vinh - a branch of the Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group, in collaboration with the Study Promotion Association and the Department of Education and Training of Tra Vinh Province.
According to Major Nguyen Cong Danh, Deputy Director of Viettel Tra Vinh, Viettel will coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training and the Vietnam Study Promotion Association to continue to implement a programme to award more than 20,000 scholarships to disadvantaged students nationwide in the 2022-2023 school year, with a total value of more than 40 billion VND.
