The rice will be given to local people who were affected by the recent droughts. The provincial People’s Committee was entrusted to deliver the aid to those needed.
If locals continue to face difficulties, the committee will be responsible for reporting the situation to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs so that they will propose further assistance to the Prime Minister.
