Fi Vietnam highlights the region's best offerings in ingredients, flavours, and food and beverage technologies, featuring a diverse range of products, from traditional Vietnamese ingredients to global offerings, all under one roof.

This is the largest and only exhibition in Vietnam dedicated to food and beverage ingredients, flavours, and spices.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Pham Khanh Phong Lan, Director of Food Safety Department of Ho Chi Minh City, said that Fi Vietnam 2024 serves as a showcase for the new products and technologies in the F&B ingredients industry.

It is also a valuable platform for Vietnamese businesses to research, exchange experiences, and expand their international networks, she added.

"I am confident that this event will unlock new opportunities, enabling Vietnamese businesses to enhance their competitiveness and reach new heights on the global stage,” she said.

With a focus on innovation and sustainability, Fi Vietnam 2024 has provided visitors with the chance to discover cutting-edge products and unique concepts through various areas, including the Bev Hub, Beverage Ingredients (Bi) Pavilion, Health Ingredients (Hi) Pavilion, and Natural Ingredients (Ni) Pavilion.

Fi Vietnam 2024 has partnered with the Vietnam Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Association (VBA), the Vietnam Food Science and Technology Association (VAFoST), and other industry leaders to deliver informative knowledge sessions and cross-border networking opportunities.

Ly Kim Chi, President of the Food and Foodstuff Association in Ho Chi Minh City (FFA), shared about her 7-year journey with Fi Vietnam: “This event has become an important trade promotion platform within the global Fi exhibition series, offering numerous opportunities for businesses to connect, collaborate, and find new food ingredients and additives, thereby driving the Vietnamese food industry towards international prominence.”

Fi Vietnam 2026, the premier event for the food and beverage ingredients industry, will take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, from May 13 to 15, 2026, showcasing world-class innovative ingredients, new flavours, and advanced technologies.
