Close-up of exquisite porcelain mosaics at Buddhist temple in Da Nang

The Quan The Am Temple in Da Nang is decorated with 16 exquisite mosaics created from pieces of porcelain made by artisans of the Bat Trang ceramic village in Hanoi.

The paintings are installed on the walls of the temple’s four pagodas, with a total area of 192 square metres, featuring various landscapes throughout Vietnam.

Venerable Thich Hue Vinh, the abbot of the Quan The Am Temple, said the project is completed after two years of meticulous work by artisans from Bat Trang. A corner of the pagoda with the porcelain mosaic.
