Speaking at the 'Tet Nhan ai' (Tet of Kindness) Programme, jointly held by Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee and Vietnam Red Cross Society in Ky Anh Provincial-level Town, NA Vice Chairman Tran Quang Phuong extended his best wishes to national contributors, people who are living in difficult circumstances and locals, on the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year Festival.
He expressed his pleasure at the achievements which Ha Tinh Province achieved in 2023, especially the social security activities.

At the programme, the NA Vice Chairman presented Tet gifts to locals in Ky An Provincial-level Town and workers at Vung Ang Economic Zone, who are living in difficult circumstances.
Also on the same day, NA Vice Chairman Tran Quang Phuong and the working delegation visited and encouraged the armed forces in Ky Anh Provincial-level Town and presented gifts to officials and soldiers at Battalion 2 - Regiment E26 (the Mobile Police Command), Mobile Battalion (Mobile Police Department - Provincial Police) in Ky Long Ward (Ky Anh Provincial-level Town).

Also, on January 19, the NA Vice Chairman visited Ky Khang Border Guard Station and presented 20 gifts to soldiers, policy beneficiaries, and poor households in Ky Anh District.
The working delegation also visited and presented gifts to three policy beneficiary families in Ky Anh District and 50 households living in difficult circumstances in Ky Bac Commune of Ky Anh District.
On the occasion, NA Vice Chairman Tran Quang Phuong and the delegation visited Vung Ang port, Hung Nghiep Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Co., Ltd. and VinES Battery Factory.
