Lang Son was one of six provinces and cities in the country to issue a resolution of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee to lead and comprehensively direct the local digital transformation.
The provincial digital transformation model in Lang Son is an overall and comprehensive model with 5 pillars: digital transformation in Party agencies, development of digital government, digital economy, digital society, and digital border gates. Digital transformation must be implemented by the entire population comprehensively and simultaneously.
It is considered a breakthrough solution to realize the goals of socio-economic development, administrative reform, enhancing capacity, efficiency, and transparency; striving for the goal that by 2025, Lang Son province is in the group of 10 leading cities and provinces in the country for digital transformation.
