Speaking at the ceremony on behalf of the Party and State leaders, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts, endeavours and outstanding results achieved by teachers and students of the school in recent times.
The NA leader emphasised that the Party and State always consider education as the top national policy, investing in education is investing in development, devoting the best to taking care of the education cause while ensuring that all children of school age can go to school and that students can study in the best conditions.

He noted that the State has always focused on training human resources, especially high-quality human resources, one of the most important factors determining the quality of human life and the rapid and sustainable development of the country, affirming the competitiveness and position of the country in the region and the world.
The NA chairman expressed his hope that students will have a lot of joy and motivation in studying, constantly striving to follow the example of great Uncle Ho and the example of Uncle Hai Pham Hung of the Vinh Long homeland.
