The event is co-hosted by the Vietnamese Embassy in France, the President Ho Chi Minh Historical Relic Site, and the Museum of Living History, to celebrate the 134th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh.
Works on display include photos and objects, introducing President Ho’s revolutionary activities in different places in France, such as Sainte Adresse Town, Gobelins Street, and Compoint Alley.
The exhibits also revealed President Ho’s visit to France in 1946, his meetings with many delegations of the French Communist Party and French politicians, and his interviews with French reporters in Hanoi.
According to Le Thi Phuong, Director of the President Ho Chi Minh Historical Relic Site, President Ho Chi Minh's activities in France drew the attention of many members of the French Government, French people and the international public, helping them understand more about the country and people of Vietnam, as well as the aspiration for independence and peace of the Vietnamese people.

Addressing the opening ceremony, the Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang, said that the exhibition aims to provide visitors with a deeper understanding of the common history between Vietnam and France, thus strengthening the friendship and cooperation between the two peoples, towards a better future.
For his part, Director of the Museum of Living History Eric Lafon, hailed that the exhibition helps to enrich the Ho Chi Minh space at the museum, which expects to welcome a large number of visitors during the upcoming Paris Olympics 2024.
