In her letter, Hoai noted that this year’s Kate Festival coincides with a nationwide drive to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, strategic resolutions on national development, the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front, and the five-year socio-economic development plan for the 2026–2030 period.
She emphasised that the country is entering a new era of rapid and sustainable development, fuelled by renewed momentum.
The Viet Nam Fatherland Front Central Committee highly values the contributions of the Cham Brahmin dignitaries and followers to preserving the nation’s fine cultural identity, building a cultured way of life, promoting socio-economic development, and strengthening the great national unity bloc.
She expressed her belief that, drawing on their enduring solidarity, patriotism, and rich cultural heritage, the Cham community will continue championing patriotic movements to build an increasingly prosperous country.
In doing so, the community will preserve and promote the fine traditional cultural values of the Cham people, contributing to enriching Viet Nam’s advanced culture imbued with national identity.
Welcoming the 2026 Kate Festival and the Cham New Year, Hoai once again extended her best wishes to the Cham Brahmin dignitaries and the wider community for good health, peace, and happiness, and for an increasingly prosperous, united, and developed community.
