The four-day event features 90 booths displaying products from traditional craft villages such as embroidery, lacquer, ceramics, bamboo and rattan, carpentry, and food processing.
The program aims to support the business of traditional craft villages as well as the preservation and sustainable development of the crafts in the capital city.
It also seeks to connect production chains, stimulate domestic demand, and help enterprises to advertise their products while ensuring social welfare in rural areas.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Acting Director of the Hanoi Municipal Department of Industry and Trade Tran Thi Phuong Lan stressed that the programme illustrates the efforts and commitments of Hanoi City authorities in supporting enterprises to remove difficulties and promote production and business activities.
