This year’s festival will feature more than 100 pavilions introducing special dishes from all regions of Vietnam to people and visitors.

The main activities of the festival will be culinary shows, on-stage cooking lessons, musical activities, a ceremony to honour Vietnamese chefs, mapping cuisine, and honouring talented female chefs.

Notably, at the festival, the organising committee will launch a map of Vietnamese cuisine in phase 2 with 126 dishes from 63 provinces and cities, breaking the record of 63 dishes in phase 1.

The map of Vietnamese cuisine has been made by hundreds of famous chefs and it will be displayed by model on the following days within the framework of the festival to serve visitors.
