The event is of great significance as Khanh Hoa Province is striving to successfully implement the Resolution of its first provincial Party congress for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the ceremony, Khanh Hoa Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh affirmed that the new headquarters has been built with the vision of becoming a green office with digital agencies.
Putting the new headquarters into operation not only marks a new stage of development in physical infrastructure, but also conveys important messages to officials, Party members, and people across the province.
Thanh stressed that a modern headquarters with integrated information technology infrastructure is the core foundation enabling the province’s key agencies to make breakthroughs in technology and digital transformation.
This entails a shift from an administrative mindset to a service-oriented one, from paper-based thinking to data-driven thinking, with work efficiency as the ultimate benchmark.
Within this new working environment, the province will continue to make important decisions, aiming to make Khanh Hoa soon become a centrally governed city, where people enjoy a high standard of living and a happy life.
The new headquarters is located on a site of around 23,000 square metres, with a total investment of more than 544.6 billion VND (20 million USD).
