The title of the first and second runners-up went to Nguyen Quynh Anh from Hanoi and Vu Thuy Quynh from Dien Bien, respectively.
Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen, known for her previous title as Miss Vietnam 2014, delivered compelling and articulate responses that resonated well with the panel and secured her the title of Miss Universe Vietnam 2024.
She has been a coach in major beauty contests such as The Look Vietnam 2017, Vietnam Supermodel 2018, The Face Vietnam (season 4), and Miss Fitness Vietnam 2022.
Returning to a beauty contest as a contestant has been a challenge for her. She said that she participated in Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 to fulfil her dream of holding the Vietnamese national flag in her hand in an international competition.

The final night of Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 took place at 8:00 p.m. on September 14 at Phu Tho Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the final night, the organisers also presented other titles, including the Photogenic Award to Doan Tuong Linh; the Talent Award to Phi Phuong Anh; the Best Interview to Doan Thi Thu Ha; the Best Community Project to Do Thu Ha and Vu Thuy Quynh; the Best Evening Gown to Paris Bao Nhi; the Best National Costume to Vu Thuy Quynh; and the Best Swimsuit to Quach Tapiau Maily (Mlee)
Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen also won the most favoured contestant sub-title.
Miss Ky Duyen announced that she would donate 500 million VND from her prize money to support people affected by floods in the northern provinces.
